Terms of Service

Effective Date: January 1, 2025

1. Service Description

ConnectedSpaces provides managed internet infrastructure services for residential and commercial properties, including ISP aggregation, network management, tenant provisioning, and technical support.

2. Service Availability

We target 99.9% uptime for all managed connections. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated at least 48 hours in advance. Emergency maintenance may occur without prior notice.

3. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to use ConnectedSpaces services for any unlawful purpose, to distribute malware, to engage in network abuse, or to interfere with other users' service quality.

4. Billing & Payment

Service fees are billed monthly in advance. Payment is due on the first of each month. Late payments may result in service suspension after a 15-day grace period.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate service with 30 days written notice. Early termination of contract-term agreements may incur fees as specified in the service agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

ConnectedSpaces liability is limited to the monthly service fee for the affected period. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
